Client is America’s leading health care solutions MNC company, provides advanced health care from pharmacy services and health plans to health and wellness.

Our client received a business description of the statement of the insurance company responsible for the hospital payment of the insured patients. Data from 35 TPAs ​​and a total of 18 different formats were received in PDF and email. The Solution

RPA Unicorn analyzed current customer trends to understand and design end-to-end automated solutions. The solution was developed to eliminate setbacks and reduce TAT in the future. Given customer requirements and customer challenges, we used our existing D3O methodology to determine the extent of RPA implementation, analyze customer processes, and design a roadmap.

Our RPA experts developed a bot on the UiPath platform based on the client’s needs. RPA bot reads emails received from 35 listed TPAs, downloads pdf attachments and extracts required information. It collects data downloads in a SQL database. Only comments received from parties other than the TPA in a specified manner are forwarded for humanitarian assistance.
