Our Solution
We designed and developed a solution to automate the cash application process using RPA software bots based on customer payments.
- Bot downloads the mailbox-received files
- The bot recognizes various file kinds and gets information correctly before saving it on Excel in a regular, predetermined way.
- The data is formatted correctly and verified by the bot.
- The Bot Bot creates a report and distributes it to the necessary stakeholders when the data is uploaded by the Bot Bot to the Oracle Cash application.
